Good to know
Questions, answered
What kind of photo works best?+
A clear, well-lit photo works best. Check the preview before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure whether your photo will print clearly.
How fast will it arrive?+
Orders are made to order. Production happens before carrier transit. Current estimates and available shipping options are shown at checkout; they are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Will the print wear off when I play?+
The design is printed on the ball, not applied as a sticker or decal. Like any golf ball used for play, the print can scuff over time, especially with heavy use.
What if there’s a problem with my order?+
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved design, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll review it under our shipping and returns policy. Full policy
Can you print the front and back?+
Yes. You can place a photo on one side and your own words on the other. Choose front-and-back printing in the customizer.
Still curious? Send us a message.
