Your uploads
When you upload a photo, logo, name, or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. Copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights are separate, and permission for one does not necessarily cover the others. We may request proof of permission and may refuse or cancel an order that appears to infringe another person's rights. Our review cannot verify ownership or permission.
Report a copyright problem
If you believe something on our site or a product we made infringes your copyright, send our Copyright Agent a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- The copyrighted work you say was infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works on our site
- The material you say infringes it and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as a URL or order details
- Your name, address, phone number and email
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may expose the sender to liability under applicable law.

Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you think it was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same agent. Include your physical or electronic signature; identify what was removed and where it appeared before removal; state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification; and provide your name, address and phone number. You must also consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Federal District Court for your address, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district where Booey & Bros LLC may be found, and state that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
What happens after a notice
When we receive a substantially compliant notice, we respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material when required and may stop production or refuse future use of it. We may send the notice to the affected customer and may provide a copy of a valid counter-notice to the original claimant. When the law applies, material may be restored 10 to 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notice unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice that the claimant filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat infringers
We maintain and reasonably implement a policy to terminate accounts or access, or refuse further orders, in appropriate circumstances involving repeat infringers. We also accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners when applicable law requires us to do so.
